Safety and privacy
Powerful, and still on your side. What Smooth always asks first, what it never does, and how your data is kept apart from everyone else's.
Smooth asks before it acts
These always wait for your Allow tap:
- sending crypto, swapping, signing or calling a contract
- sending an email or adding a calendar event
- opening a new website in the browser, or using a saved login
- starting an always-on program
- using a tool from an MCP server that can change things
If you do not answer, nothing happens.
Smooth never
- asks for your password in chat (use the Vault, see Skills and connections)
- shows saved logins, private keys or API keys in a message
- sells your chats or uses them for ads
Yours alone
Every person has a separate computer, file storage, wallet connection, memory and skill list. One user can never see another user's data.
You stay in control
/stopends any job./pausemutes scheduled tasks and automatic messages./clearmemoryerases memory and chat history.- Disconnect Google, Binance or an MCP server any time in Settings → Connections.
